So apparently I’m just turning this into a food blog considering this is like the fifth time I’m writing about food and it is only getting more enjoyable. That is your forewarning that it’ll probably be a lot of food from here on out because eating is what I do best. Tonight, my chef of a fiancé made chicken pesto sandwiches with homemade pesto. You added nuts, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese and olive oil to a food processor and chop until smooth, liquid substance in maintained. Next, you add shredded chicken and GREEK YOGURT to a bowl, yes I did say Greek yogurt. That’s what makes this chicken pesto with a twist. Then you just add the pesto and stir. Put this on your choice of bread with arugula, mozzarella cheese and sliced Roma tomatoes. The Greek yogurt makes the pesto so smooth and less “Bam!
