The saying “it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle“, I feel like is so cliche for people who eat healthy.
I have recently started trying to eat better though and this is so true in my life now. You don’t have to eat a salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You just need to simply make changes at each meal. When you go out to eat, get a salad as a side instead of fries. Order off of the light menu instead of ordering the most food you can find.
It is simple changes that lead to a better and healthier lifestyle. This is how people are successful and truly see changes, is to adopt a new way of living. Then this lifestyle becomes your norm rather than a burger and a coke or pizza and a beer.
