My all time favorite meal is steak. I love a good, medium-rare steak. One of those where it isn’t still moo’ing at me, but you might see a little blood still running from it. The steak that isn’t cold in the middle but it is just barely warm. That kind of steak literally just melts in your mouth. You don’t even need a knife to cut it and you almost don’t even have to chew it.
Now just imagine that with garlic butter.
Even better, I know. You cook those steaks in an iron skillet with butter, rosemary, thyme and a big clove of garlic. Then you will know the true meaning of a steak that will melt in your mouth.
